Quotes vs. binding orders
Prices shown on product pages are estimates that include a standard freight allowance for a typical delivery distance. Your final price — including exact freight cost — is confirmed in writing before payment is captured. An order is binding once you approve the final quote and payment is processed.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout for your region, and exclude applicable taxes and permits unless noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued if that happens.
Product listings & photos
Used and as-is containers are sold based on their listed condition grade; photos are representative of typical units at that grade and depot, and individual units may show minor variation. Container dimensions follow standard ISO measurements (interior dimensions may vary slightly by manufacturer).
Site access & permits
Buyers are responsible for confirming that local zoning, HOA rules, or permits allow placement of a shipping container or modular structure at the delivery address. We are not responsible for delivery delays or refusals caused by local permit or access issues discovered after order placement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, reproducing site content without permission, or using the store for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
All site content, including text, graphics, and the Elite Containers Hub name and logo, is owned by Elite Containers Hub LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Elite Containers Hub is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use, including from site modifications made after delivery. Structural integrity for any container repurposed as a livable or occupied structure should be verified by a qualified engineer or contractor before occupancy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
