When you request a quote, place an order, or create an account, we collect the information you provide directly (name, company name, email, phone, delivery address, payment details processed securely by our payment provider) and information collected automatically (device type, browser, pages viewed, approximate location from IP address) via cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To prepare freight quotes, process orders, and coordinate delivery logistics with our carrier partners.
- To send order and delivery updates, and marketing emails only if you’ve opted in — unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
- To improve the site, prevent fraud, and respond to quote and support requests.
Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We share information with service providers who help us operate the business — payment processing, freight/logistics carriers (who need your delivery address and contact number to schedule delivery), and email delivery — each bound by confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to opt out of certain data uses.
